Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a remote, long‑term project in the insurance sector. You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow CSM/FSO/App Engine solutions, build automated workflows, and integrate with external systems while supporting multiple workstreams and maintaining stable production environments.

The role emphasizes implementing automation, CI/CD, testing, and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• CSM and CSA certification are required.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine and Flow Designer.
• Experience with integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong testing knowledge (unit, system, integration).
• Proficient in deployment processes and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.
