Job summary

SNI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6‑month engagement with possible extension. The role offers remote work with occasional on-site sessions in Europe or the UK, across a European client base.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, configure ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITOM, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Strong stakeholder management and independent collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITOM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and additional modules where required.
• Gather, analyze, refine, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Resolve complex technical issues and ensure platform stability and maintainability.
• Lead or actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including: Solution designs; Configuration documentation; Custom implementation details; Operational knowledge transfer materials
• Support testing, QA processes, defect resolution, and release management.
