Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Service Provider Systems Engineer to collaborate with service providers across the EMEA region. You will deliver presales support, develop proposals, and run POCs with partners, while building strong ecosystems and driving mutual success.

The role requires travel and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Polish and English, plus 5+ years of SP pre-sales experience and 10+ years in customer-facing/technical roles, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience in Service Providers or SI spaces.
• 10+ years of customer-facing and/or technical experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong networking and virtualization skills.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenant architectures.
• Automation scripting and blueprinting (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices.
• Confident public speaking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and translate goals into plans.
• Solid understanding of VMware Cloud Director and/or Cloud Foundation (VCF).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support to SP sellers and answer inquiries.
• Conduct proposal development and sizing based on SP data.
• Organize and manage POCs and demonstrations for partners.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal teams on strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with SPs to drive mutual success.
• Build relationships within partner networks to foster engagement.
• Achieve performance metrics and contribute to managed services results.
• Support team growth by identifying resource needs.
• Foster innovation and learning with new technologies.
• Work with Regional SE Manager on field alignment and partner engagement.
• Learn new technologies quickly to aid partner solutions.
