Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Service Provider Systems Engineer to join our EMEA team in Poland. You will provide technical presales support to service providers, drive proposals, and manage POCs and demonstrations.

• Provide technical Presales support to Service Provider sellers, addressing inquiries and facilitating solutions.
• Conduct proposal development and sizing based on Service Provider data to drive business initiatives.
• Organize and manage proofs of concept (POCs) and demonstrations for partners.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to develop comprehensive technical strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Providers to support their business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within partner networks to foster community engagement.
• Achieve set performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services offerings.
• Support team growth by identifying the need for additional resources based on workload and performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by experimenting with new technologies and processes.
• Work with the Nutanix Regional SE Manager to drive field pre-and post-sales alignment and engagement with partners.
• Invest time and effort to learn new technologies quickly to help our partners adapt their solutions.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more relevant technology disciplines to establish credibility with technical leader.

About The Team

The Service Provider team at Nutanix is focused on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to service providers across the East Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This dynamic team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creativity, fostering a culture where experienced professionals operate independently while also supporting one another. The mission of the MSP team is to enhance the delivery of Nutanix's cutting-edge technologies in the managed services landscape, ensuring that partners receive the support and resources needed to succeed in a competitive market. You will report to the Manager for Service Provider SE’s in the Europe, Middle East, Africa region, who champions a supportive leadership style aimed at removing barriers for team members and empowering them to execute their roles effectively. The travel requirements for this role are expected to be around 40% initially, with the potential to increase to 50% or even 60% as the region becomes busier. This translates to approximately 1 to 3 days of travel per week, although much work can effectively be accomplished via virtual meetings, minimizing the need for constant travel.

Your Role

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales experience in the Service Provider space or Systems Integrators and 10 years of customer-facing and/or technical experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Strong networking and virtualization skills.
• Experience with public cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, and application blueprinting technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices.
• Confident public speaking and exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Solid understanding of VMware Cloud Director and/or Cloud Foundation (VCF)

Pay Transparency

The OTE range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between PLN 360,000 and PLN 540,00 per year. Please note that OTE offered may vary depending on relevant objective factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
