Job summary

Traka (Assa Abloy) is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with a focus on Employee Central to lead design, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology landscape. You will bridge HR stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.

You will bring 5–6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with deep EC configuration expertise and strong knowledge of integration points.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central data models, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and RBP design.
• Experience with integration patterns (Integration Center, API, Boomi) and SAP HCM knowledge.
• Ability to design solution architecture, documentation, and governance in HR tech.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central aligned with HR strategy and best practices.
• Configure Employee Central, support data migration, and manage build cycles, testing, UAT, and cutover.
• Define integration architecture between Employee Central and downstream systems using CPI and APIs.
• Champion data quality, governance, and GDPR/data privacy across HR technology.
• Advise on standard functionality vs customization and produce design docs and workbooks.
