Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior HRIT Specialist to own SAP SuccessFactors within Core Workforce, focusing on Employee Central and integrations. The role includes designing configurations, data models, and efficient integration architectures across multiple European contexts.

You will collaborate with HR Digitalization, IT, and global stakeholders, supporting international rollouts and governance. Hybrid work in Szczecin, with a strong focus on system stability, data quality, and scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, especially Employee Central, in a complex global environment.
• Strong ability to configure Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Experience designing integrations between SuccessFactors and HR/finance/ERP systems using Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP, or SF Integration Center.

Responsibilities

• Own complex 2nd-3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management.
• Lead advanced Employee Central configuration, including data models, business rules, workflows, and permissions.
• Design end-to-end integrations from SuccessFactors to internal or external systems, including data flows and monitoring.
