Job summary

RED Global seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to work with a Key Client Partner on implementation and support projects. The role is remote with occasional travel to Poland (Warsaw or Katowice) and begins ASAP for a 12-month+ engagement, full-time.

You will configure Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and reporting functionalities, analyze requirements, and develop technical solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors technical experience.
• Expertise in Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, and reporting/analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and support Performance & Goals functionalities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical consultants.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and system standards.

Required Skills and Experience
