Job summary

DXC Technology in Kraków is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to lead end-to-end EC workstreams for global HR digital transformation projects.

You will own Core HR design, configuration, and delivery, collaborate with client stakeholders and SAP delivery teams, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to reusable EC assets and accelerators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, HR, business administration or related field.
• 6–10 years SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors with EC specialization.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle EC implementations as Lead Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on EC data models, rules engine, RBP, position management, and global employment scenarios.
• Experience in at least one multi-country EC rollout.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (required).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and validate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Build EC data models: Corporate, Succession, Country models.
• Configure business rules to automate HR workflows and validations.
• Design Position Management configurations and headcount controls.
• Implement Employment and Compensation portlets and global assignments.
• Lead data migration activities including legacy HCM mapping and validation.
• Develop test scripts and coordinate UAT for EC workstreams.
• Lead go-live readiness activities and hypercare support.
• Mentor junior EC consultants on SAP Activate delivery.
