Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect specializing in Employee Central to lead design, deployment, and optimization of our HR tech landscape across Poland and nearby regions. You will translate business needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions and collaborate with HR and IT teams.

With 5–6 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience and SAP certification, you will shape data models, integrations, and governance, while guiding release

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central Core.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central data models, MDF objects, business rules, and workflow configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (on‑premise) and hybrid landscape migration scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EC solution design aligned with HR strategy and Best practices.
• Define integration architecture between EC and payroll/finance systems.
• Configure Employee Central, support data migration activities, and lead testing cycles.
• Champion data quality, governance, and GDPR/data privacy in the HR landscape.
