Job summary

DSV Road GmbH seeks an experienced Release Coordinator to manage complex SAP release windows and ensure smooth go-lives across cross-functional projects. You will maintain a consolidated view of release scope, transports, and dependencies, coordinating with SAP S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC, and GRDC teams.

You will identify risks, plan cut-overs, track readiness, and escalate issues to owners. The role emphasizes structured, proactive problem solving and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience working with complex SAP landscapes and SAP project deliveries.
• Experience in SAP Release Management, Release Coordination or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SAP release and transport processes and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate complex SAP release windows across projects.
• Maintain a consolidated view of projects, release scope, transports, integrations and milestones.
• Document and follow up on technical and cross-project dependencies.
• Coordinate dependency discussions between SAP S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC, GRDC and related systems.
• Identify release conflicts and risks and coordinate their resolution.
• Coordinate integrated cut-over plans including sequencing and downtime.
• Track release readiness across projects including testing, approvals and transport readiness.
• Escalate unresolved dependencies and risks to the technical or project owner.
• Support go/no-go alignment during critical releases and capture lessons learned.
• Maintain release calendars, dependency trackers and coordination templates.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Release Management and Finance IT processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release coordination.
