Job summary

DSR Global is seeking an SAP Complex Release Coordinator to join a global Finance IT function, offering a mix of onsite and remote work with Warsaw preferred.

You will coordinate SAP releases across multiple applications and teams, manage dependencies, sequencing and cut-over activities, and ensure risks and readiness ahead of go-live. Strong stakeholder management and SAP delivery lifecycle expertise are essential. Knowledge of S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC or GRDC is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within complex SAP landscapes and SAP project deliveries.
• Proven experience in SAP Release Management or Release Coordination.
• Strong understanding of SAP release and transport processes, including release sequencing and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience across several SAP technologies, ideally including S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC and/or GRDC.
• Experience coordinating integrated cut-over plans, release readiness, go/no-go activities and critical releases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, project managers, architects, business stakeholders and external partners.

Job description

We are currently looking for an SAP Complex Release Coordinator to join a global end client of ours on a permanent basis.

The role is a mix of onsite and remote working, with Warsaw preferred, and sits within a global Finance IT function. It is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who enjoys coordinating complex, cross-project releases across multiple applications, teams, and technical environments.

You will be responsible for providing a consolidated view of SAP releases, managing cross-project dependencies, coordinating sequencing and cut-over activities, and ensuring risks and readiness are clearly understood ahead of go-live.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Several years of experience working within complex SAP landscapes and SAP project deliveries.
• Proven experience in SAP Release Management, Release Coordination, Delivery Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP release and transport processes, including release sequencing and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience across several SAP technologies, ideally including S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC and/or GRDC.
• Strong experience identifying and managing technical and cross-project dependencies across SAP applications and integrations.
• Good understanding of the SAP delivery lifecycle, from build and testing through to release, go-live and hypercare.
• Experience coordinating integrated cut-over plans, release readiness, go/no-go activities and critical releases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, project managers, architects, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with ServiceNow CHG and/or SAP release management tools such as ChaRM would be advantageous.
• A structured, proactive and pragmatic approach, with the ability to manage complex and time-critical situations.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge, escalation and drive actions through to completion.
