Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. The role focuses on coordinating integration activities across SAP S/4HANA and external systems, with emphasis on ensuring readiness for integration and end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate brings project coordination experience and a solid understanding of SAP landscapes and cross-application dependencies, working across international teams and stakeholders to ensure timely

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program. This role is focused on coordinating integration activities across SAP S/4HANA and external business systems, with a strong emphasis on ensuring readiness for integration and end-to-end testing. It is an ideal opportunity for someone with project coordination experience and a solid understanding of SAP landscapes and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and external Sales & Logistics systems.
• Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional activities.
• Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and open action items.
• Coordinate communication across SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive alignment between multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of integration milestones.
• Support project governance by providing regular status updates and ensuring transparency across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator.
• Experience working on SAP or ERP implementation/rollout projects.
• Good understanding of system integrations and cross-application dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams in complex, international environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is a strong advantage.
