Job summary

BELVEDERE in Krakow is seeking a Quality Manager to own the SAP test and release governance in a fast-paced S/4HANA environment. You will lead half-yearly releases, CAB meetings, and ensure end-to-end testing across the SAP landscape while working with solution architects, business stakeholders and external vendors.

The role focuses on change intake through go-live, with a strong emphasis on ITIL-based practices, risk reduction, and disruption-free delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Release Manager in SAP environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing SAP half-yearly releases and CAB processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based change and release practices.
• Structured approach to test planning, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• 6-8 years of experience in quality management for delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own change governance from intake and impact assessment through to approval and go-live.
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate SAP half-yearly releases.
• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings and drive change impact reviews.
• Oversee go-live coordination and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and prioritise change requests based on business and technical impact.
• Define and own the overall test strategy for the SAP landscape.
• Plan and coordinate regression testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Manage defects through tracking, prioritisation, and resolution follow-up.
• Produce test reports and release readiness assessments.
• Ensure testing meets required standards before every release.
