Job summary

DSR Global is seeking an SAP Complex Release Coordinator to join a global Finance IT function, offering a mix of onsite and remote work with Warsaw preferred.

You will coordinate SAP releases across multiple applications and teams, manage dependencies, sequencing and cut-over activities, and ensure risks and readiness ahead of go-live. Strong stakeholder management and SAP delivery lifecycle expertise are essential. Knowledge of S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC or GRDC is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within complex SAP landscapes and SAP project deliveries.
• Proven experience in SAP Release Management or Release Coordination.
• Strong understanding of SAP release and transport processes, including release sequencing and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience across several SAP technologies, ideally including S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC and/or GRDC.
• Experience coordinating integrated cut-over plans, release readiness, go/no-go activities and critical releases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, project managers, architects, business stakeholders and external partners.

• Provide a consolidated view of SAP releases across projects and environments.
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies and sequencing to support go-live.
• Plan and manage cut-over activities and release readiness for critical deployments.
• Identify risks and ensure readiness ahead of go-live with stakeholders.
• Drive go/no-go decisions and critical release activities with teams and partners.
• Collaborate with SAP applications and integration teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
