Job summary

T Hub Poland, a dynamic division of T-Mobile Poland, is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to advise and implement SAP HCM solutions from analysis to requirements management and rollout. You will cover PA, PY and organizational management, including FI/CO integration and migrations.

Requirements include min. 5 years in SAP HCM, integrative system understanding, SAP HCM module expertise, and German language at least B2+. Remote work is supported with quarterly HQ visits in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM consultant with at least 5 years of experience.
• Implementation knowledge of PA and PY modules.
• Experience with FI/CO integration and migrations.
• German language at least B2+.
• Ability to manage requirements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on SAP HCM implementation from analysis to requirements management.
• Lead project work on SAP administration, payroll and time management.
• Develop and maintain SAP organizational management.
• Implement and maintain personnel cost planning and simulation planning.
• Provide training on PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP and OM.
