Job summary

T Hub Poland, a division of Deutsche Telekom Group, is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to advise on SAP HCM solutions from analysis to implementation, with remote work and quarterly HQ visits in Warszawa. The role emphasizes PA and PY modules, HR processes, and SAP integration with FI/CO.

You will manage project work, including personnel cost planning and organizational management, and train sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP and OM, contributing to a growing HCM portfolio.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM consultant with min 5 years of professional experience
• Integrative system understanding and knowledge in SAP HCM customization
• Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM or SAP H4S4 implementations
• Expert knowledge of SAP HCM PA and Payroll modules
• Knowledge of personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP HCM integration into SAP FI/CO
• German language at B2+ level

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on SAP HCM implementation and operation from analysis to requirements management and implementation
• Project work focusing on SAP administration, payroll accounting and time management, including HCM integration with FI/CO
• Development and maintenance of SAP organizational management and personnel cost planning
