Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support international and local projects, primarily focused on Polish payroll processes. Responsibilities include system configuration, supporting HR users, and ensuring compliance with local labour law.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes, and advanced English skills.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our SAP team supporting international and local projects. The role focuses on Polish payroll processes, system configuration, and advisory based on local labour law and regulations.

Your responsibilities

• Configuration and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)
• Handling incidents, service requests and ensuring timely resolution (SLA-based support)
• Supporting HR and Payroll users in their daily operations
• Analysing legal changes and implementing solutions aligned with Polish labour law, tax and social security regulations
• Participation in payroll runs, testing cycles and system improvements
• Preparing and maintaining system documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM PA and PY modules
• Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, tax regulations and ZUS processes
• English – advanced level (B2+/C1)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team

Nice to have

• Experience in AMS / support projects
• Knowledge of SAP legal change management (LCM)
• Experience in international environments
