Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant (PT) to support German-speaking clients in AMS and implementations. You will translate requirements into scalable SAP PT solutions and ensure seamless integration with Payroll within a multi-country delivery model.

You will work with customers across the DACH region, travel occasionally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize time management processes while staying compliant with German labor regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM Time Management consulting in AMS and/or implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP PT for Germany, including work schedules, absence management, attendance recording, quotas, and time evaluation.
• Experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region.
• Strong customizing skills within SAP HCM Time Management.
• Good understanding of integration points between Time Management and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management (PT) and Workforce Management solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable and compliant SAP PT solutions.
• Deliver SAP HCM Time Management AMS, including implementations, change requests, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain SAP Time Management functionalities, including work schedules, absence and attendance management, quotas, time evaluation, and integrations with Payroll.
• Support customers in optimizing time-related processes and ensuring compliance with German labor regulations.
