Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant in Poland to lead end-to-end implementations of Employee Central and/or Time Management for international clients.

You will guide clients on SAP best practices, design and configure systems, and facilitate workshops while coordinating with SD Worx colleagues across regions. Fluent German and high English level are required, with a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• Led at least 1 end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and a high level of English.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and/or Time Management.
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and align with SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Lead client process walkthroughs to map business needs to system functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation.
