Job summary

T Hub Poland, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German to work remotely with quarterly HQ presence in Warszawa. You will drive end-to-end Payroll and Time Management implementations, conduct workshops, translate requirements into scalable SAP SF solutions, and advise on best practices for payroll and time processes.

Must have extensive SAP SF experience, German language fluency, and the ability to work across international teams in a dynamic project

Qualifications

• Several years of SAP SuccessFactors experience incl. ECP, Time Management or Time Tracking.
• Strong Payroll and/or Time Management implementation track record.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types and HR processes.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Management solutions.
• Analyze payroll processes; design schemas, rules, wage types and structures.
• Perform fit-gap workshops, design sessions, and requirements mapping.
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
• Prepare tests, enablement, training, and user acceptance testing.
