Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java to join a long-term banking project. You will work on developing and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Apex/LWC skills, API integrations, and knowledge of relational databases. English and Polish language proficiency are essential, in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Experience delivering banking/financial sector projects.
• Apex knowledge including triggers and batch classes.
• Experience with LWC, Aura Components, and LDS.
• SOQL proficiency and relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• API integrations using REST and messaging (RMQ).
• Familiar with OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow for automation.
• Understanding of ETL and data integration with external systems.
• English business level; Polish advanced.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Analyze requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design and implement backend and frontend with Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Create, deploy new functionalities per Salesforce standards.
• Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps.
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, and project teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Participate in Salesforce solution architecture design and best practices.
