Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java for a long-term project in the banking sector. You will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce components, delivering backend and frontend changes with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

You will collaborate across teams, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and focus on performance and code quality. English and Polish proficiency required for an international environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Good knowledge of Java.
Experience delivering projects for banking/financial sector.
Apex knowledge: triggers, batch classes, Async Apex.
Experience in building UI with LWC, Aura Components, and LDS.
Strong SOQL knowledge; relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and message queues (RMQ).
Familiarity with OpenShift, Elastic, Zabbix tools.
Experience modelling and automating business processes with Salesforce Flow.
Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration Salesforce-external systems.
English and Polish language skills for international environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Analyze requirements and translate into system solutions.
Design and implement backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
Create, develop, deploy new functionalities per business needs and Salesforce standards.
Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps.
Ensure high code quality with tests and code reviews.
Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts and project teams.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Contribute to Salesforce solution architecture and best practices.
