Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java to join a long-term banking project. You will work on implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing CRM solutions, primarily Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, in a collaborative team.

The role involves designing scalable backend and frontend components with Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrating with external systems, and driving code quality through tests and reviews in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Java.
• Experience delivering banking/finance projects.
• Apex including triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex.
• Experience with LWC, Aura, and LDS.
• SOQL and relational DBs (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• REST API, SOAP API integrations and RMQ messaging.
• OpenShift, Elastic, Zabbix familiarity.
• Salesforce Flow and data integration knowledge.
• English for international environment; Polish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Analyze requirements and translate into system designs.
• Build backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Create, deploy new functionalities per requirements and Salesforce standards.
• Optimize processes, automations, and performance of Salesforce apps.
• Ensure high code quality with tests and reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, and project teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Contribute to solution architecture and best practices.
