Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java for a long-term banking project in Poland. You will contribute to the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and collaborate on architecture, integrations, and optimization.

You will work in a team delivering backend and frontend components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and ensure high code quality through tests and reviews. English and Polish proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Proficient Java development skills and experience in banking/financial projects.
• Experience creating UI with LWC/Aura components and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design and implement backend and frontend components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Ensure code quality with tests, reviews, and best practices.
