Job summary

Sii Polska is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term banking project. You will contribute to the implementation of new functionalities and the maintenance of existing Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will work in a collaborative team, design backend and frontend components with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations via REST/SOAP, while ensuring code quality and optimal performance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience delivering projects in banking/financial sector.
Practical knowledge of Apex (triggers, batch classes, Async Apex).
Experience building UIs with LWC, Aura, and Lightning Data Service.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate into system solutions.
Design and implement backend and frontend components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
Create, develop, and deploy new functionalities per Salesforce standards.
Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps.
Ensure high code quality through best practices, tests, and code reviews.
Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, and project teams.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware.
Design Salesforce solution architecture and promote best platform practices.
