Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java to join a long-term banking project. You will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce components, delivering new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions.

The role involves backend and frontend work with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP integrations in an international environment. The candidate should have at least 4 years of Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem,

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of Salesforce design and development experience.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficient in Apex, including triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex.
Experience delivering banking/financial sector projects.
Fluent English; advanced Polish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
Implement backend and frontend with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration technologies.
Create, develop, and deploy new functionalities per business needs and Salesforce standards.
Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications.
Ensure code quality via unit tests, reviews, and best practices.
