Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java to join a long-term banking project. You will work in a team dedicated to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related technologies, delivering new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions.

You will design and implement backend and frontend using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP integration, focus on code quality, testing, and collaboration with architects and admins in an international

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce design/development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Java.
• Experience in banking/financial sector projects.
• Apex with triggers, batch classes and Async Apex.
• UI work with LWC, Aura, and LDS.
• SOQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware experience.
• English for an international environment; Polish advanced.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate to system designs.
• Design and implement backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Create, deploy new functionalities per requirements and Salesforce standards.
• Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps.
• Ensure code quality with tests and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, BAs and project teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Contribute to solution architecture and best practices.
