Sii Poland is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer (f/m/x) to join a long-term banking project. You will work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions within the corporate CRM.

You will design and build backend and frontend components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP integrations, while ensuring high code quality, tests, and effective collaboration with architects, admins, and business

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and developing Salesforce solutions
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Banking/financial sector project experience
• Apex triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex
• UI development with LWC, Aura Components, and LDS
• SOQL and relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)
• REST API integrations and middleware experience
• Salesforce Flow modeling to automate processes
• Data integration between Salesforce and external systems
• English and Polish language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Design and implement backend and frontend components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration technologies
• Create, deploy, and enhance functionalities per business needs and Salesforce standards
• Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps
• Ensure high code quality through tests and code reviews
• Collaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, and project teams
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Contribute to Salesforce solution architecture and best practices
