Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to work on a long-term banking project, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will translate business requirements into effective system implementations and collaborate with architects, admins, and analysts.

Responsibilities include backend/frontend development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations, plus optimizing processes and ensuring high code quality through

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with banking or financial sector projects.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and integrations.
• English for international collaboration; Polish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable system solutions.
• Design and implement backend/frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
• Create, deploy new functionalities; optimize processes and performance.
• Ensure code quality via tests and reviews; collaborate with team.
