Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a long-term banking project in Poland. You will work on Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, admins, and analysts to design Apex/LWC solutions, ensure code quality with tests, and support deployments. Proficiency in English and Polish is required; banking sector experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

4+ years in designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience delivering projects in banking/financial sector.
Proficiency with Apex, triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Analyze requirements and translate into system solutions.
Design and implement backend/frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
Create, deploy new functionalities per Salesforce standards.
Optimize processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce apps.
Maintain high code quality with tests and code reviews.
Collaborate with architects, admins, and analysts to deliver solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP API.
