Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term banking project focused on implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing CRM solutions. You will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce components, shaping architecture and driving data integrations.

Key tasks include designing backend/frontend solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and middleware, ensuring high code quality, and collaborating with architects, admins, and analysts to

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience delivering projects for banking/financial sector.
• Proficiency with Apex (triggers, batch classes, Async Apex).
• Experience building UIs with LWC, Aura, and LDS.
• Strong SOQL and relational DB knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and middleware.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, Elastic, Zabbix, and data integration.
• English for international environment; Polish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Design and implement backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Create, deploy, and enhance functionalities per business needs and Salesforce standards.
• Optimize processes, automate tasks, and improve Salesforce performance.
• Ensure high code quality via tests and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, and project teams to deliver solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST API, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Assist in designing Salesforce solution architecture and promote best practices.
