Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to design, build, and deploy scalable applications across our Salesforce ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and mentor developers to ensure best practices. The role requires 5+ years in software development, proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL, and strong Git/CI–CD skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (Sales & Service).
• Real passion for Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL.
• Experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment.
• Lead development team to design and implement innovative solutions with best practices and code quality.
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal and third-party apps.
• Mentor development talent and provide technical assistance and end-user support.
• Collaborate with Test automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams.
