EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to design and implement AI-driven agents using Salesforce Agentforce. You will lead technical direction, drive performance, and ensure scalable, business-focused solutions.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development with 5+ years, leadership experience, and expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, data modeling, and third-party integrations. Hybrid work within Poland is offered, with occasional remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Agentforce for AI agents.
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows.
• Ability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents.
• Expertise in optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval.
• Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes.
• Background with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Experience handling large data volumes and complex data models.

This role requires a hands‑on professional with experience delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and a strong technical background in Salesforce platform optimizations. Your expertise will help shape the implementation of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and impactful business outcomes.

Requirements
