Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring development talent and upholding best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps and UX, integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, and lead a talented development team to deliver innovative, high‑quality applications.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL.
Experience with Agentforce is required.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
Able to work in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must.
Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment.
Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with Test automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams.
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal and third-party apps.
Lead development team to design and implement innovative solutions with quality standards.
Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.
