EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with hands-on Agentforce expertise to design, implement and scale AI-powered autonomous agent solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role leads EPAM’s Agentforce CoE, defining reusable frameworks and governance standards for AI agent development.

You will guide teams of developers and consultants to deliver Agentforce solutions aligned with business goals, driving measurable automation outcomes across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce solution architect with hands-on Agentforce experience.
• Proven leadership of technical teams delivering Salesforce AI/automation projects and establishing an Agentforce CoE.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and integrations with Agentforce.
• Experience with AI-driven process automation, prompt engineering and LLM integration in Salesforce.
• Excellent English communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow and multi-agent orchestration within Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agentforce Center of Excellence (CoE) at EPAM and guide a team of developers and consultants.
• Design core architecture for Agentforce-based solutions including autonomous agents, actions, topics and Data Cloud integration.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and accelerators as CoE assets.
• Define best practices for Agentforce architecture, prompt engineering, testing and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Agentforce Center of Excellence (CoE) at EPAM providing leadership and direction to a team of developers, consultants and technical professionals focused on AI agent solutions
• Design and develop the core architecture for Agentforce-based solutions including autonomous agents, agent actions, topics and integration with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI
• Develop reusable Agentforce patterns, reference architectures and accelerators that serve as CoE assets for training materials, delivery templates and documentation
• Define and enforce best practices for Agentforce architecture, prompt engineering, agent testing and responsible AI governance
• Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to ensure IT strategies are aligned with the organization's mission and accurately reflect stakeholders' needs
• Evangelize Agentforce capabilities across EPAM and client organizations driving adoption of AI agent frameworks and promoting innovative solution designs that meet business objectives
• Stay ahead of Agentforce platform updates, Salesforce AI roadmap and industry trends in agentic AI to continuously enhance the CoE’s offerings and delivery capabilities
• Oversee and manage technological risks, making informed decisions in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure smooth translation of design concepts into operational IT solutions
• Continuously deliver enhancements, perform system maintenance and provide optimization and refactoring support
  

Requirements

• Proficient experience in Salesforce solution architecture with hands-on expertise in Agentforce (autonomous agents, agent actions, topics and channels)
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering Salesforce AI/automation projects with willingness to establish and run an Agentforce CoE
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI and designing integrations between Agentforce agents and external systems
• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven process automation, prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) integration within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Extensive experience and expertise in the Salesforce platform, particularly with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot and Salesforce Flow, understanding capabilities and limitations of autonomous agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot platform limitations and translate business needs into viable technical solutions
• Ability to remain poised and focused under tight deadlines exhibiting a stress-resistant and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills in both English (B2+) capable of effectively interacting with different managerial levels, development teams and other stakeholders
