EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Agentforce experience to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring development talent and upholding best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps and UX, integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, and lead a talented development team to deliver innovative, high‑quality applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL.
• Experience with Agentforce is required.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Able to work in Agile environments.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands‑on Agentforce experience to join our team and drive innovative technical solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications while mentoring development talent and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Commercial experience with Agentforce is a must
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
• Design and implement technical solutions to satisfy functional and non‑functional requirements
• Work closely with various technology teams, including Test automation, DevOps, Integration and UX teams
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third‑party applications
• Lead development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques
• Provide technical assistance and end‑user troubleshooting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven experience across various Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales & Service)
• Real passion for Salesforce and desire to help customers leverage Salesforce systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning and SOQL
• Experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration (CI/CD practices)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LWC
• Experience managing the development team
• Experience working in a distributed team
