Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead delivery of complex Field Service solutions. You will provide hands-on development, technical guidance and QA while mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities include building robust Salesforce configurations using Flow, Apex and LWC, setting up scheduling policies, territories and mobile processes, reviewing code, leading testing and producing deployment-ready docs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across Apex, Flow and LWC.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and data modeling.
• Expertise in designing and delivering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build complex solutions using Salesforce configuration, Screen Flows, record-triggered and scheduled Flows, Apex, batch processing and LWC.
• Configure Salesforce Field Service scheduling policies, work rules and service objectives.
• Set up territories, resources and optimization processes.
• Develop technician mobile processes.
• Review code and configuration to ensure solutions follow agreed engineering standards.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution activities.
• Support epic refinement activities.
• Produce maintainable technical documentation and deployment components.
