Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to design and implement AI-driven agents using Salesforce Agentforce. You will lead technical direction, drive performance, and ensure scalable, business-focused solutions.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development with 5+ years, leadership experience, and expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, data modeling, and third-party integrations. Hybrid work within Poland is offered, with occasional remote opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce Agentforce for AI agents.
Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows.
Ability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents.
Expertise in optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval.
Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents.
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processes.
Background with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
Experience handling large data volumes and complex data models.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects to design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
Participate in discussions to gather requirements and report progress.
Communicate effectively to align solutions with business objectives.
Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
Conduct technical research to recommend optimized solutions.
Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on requirements.
Provide support during maintenance, improving performance and refactoring code.
