Relativity is seeking a Business Intelligence Development Manager to lead the Poland-based BI development team. You will drive scalable analytics solutions, partner with stakeholders, and promote data governance while delivering the BI roadmap.

The role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight to ensure high-quality reporting and dashboards. Strong English communication and experience with modern BI platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering BI, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar.
• Experience with SQL and data warehouse environments.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Intelligence Developers located in Poland.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and delivery of BI initiatives and operational support activities.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Establish and promote BI development standards, data governance practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies.
