Innomotics Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Sales Development Engineer to join our team. You will actively search for new customers, build relationships, and identify opportunities, applying your knowledge of low voltage motors.

This remote role is dedicated to Poland, offering a home-office setup and the chance to develop technical and commercial solutions while supporting orders and customer success.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or related.
• Several years of professional experience in sales and technical support of electric drives.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Driver’s license category B.

Responsibilities

• Active search for new customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop business opportunities.
• Serve customers as an expert in application of low voltage motors.
• Develop technical and commercial solutions and prepare comprehensive offers.
• Support organization in order management process.
