Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Sales Engineer in Poland to grow service and spare parts business across the country. You will engage directly with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver the right service solutions.

Lead commercial offers, provide technical guidance, and build long-term customer relationships. This role requires travel within Poland and a strong mix of technical know-how and sales acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably within automation, drives, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of the Polish market and ideally experience working with a partner network in Poland
• Enjoyment of working with people, ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization
• Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to travel nationally

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is looking for a Service Sales Engineer in the Power Electronics and Drives segment to develop and grow our service and spare parts business across Poland. You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, provide technical and commercial support, and help customers get the most value from their installed equipment.

You will be part of the Partner Sales team and report to the Partner Sales Manager Poland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise and commercial mindset to build long‑term customer relationships, drive business growth, and make a visible impact on our service business in Poland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow service and spare parts sales across Poland through direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel partners

• Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license, company car will be provided)
