Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Sales Engineer for the Power Electronics and Drives segment to grow our service and spare parts business across Poland. You will work with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver value from installed equipment.

Based in Poland, you will partner with the Partner Sales Manager and drive growth through direct engagement, offers, and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with knowledge of the Polish market.
• Enjoys working with people and collaborates well in a matrix organization.
• Fluent Polish and very good English (minimum B2).
• Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license; company car provided).

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is looking for a Service Sales Engineer in the Power Electronics and Drives segment to develop and grow our service and spare parts business across Poland. You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, provide technical and commercial support, and help customers get the most value from their installed equipment.

You will be part of the Partner Sales team and report to the Partner Sales Manager Poland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise and commercial mindset to build long‑term customer relationships, drive business growth, and make a visible impact on our service business in Poland.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow service and spare parts sales across Poland through direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel partners
• Prepare commercial offers and provide technical guidance to help customers identify the right service solutions
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular customer visits and meetings across Poland
• Execute sales activities, support pricing initiatives, and contribute to achieving agreed business goals
• Work closely with the Partner Sales Manager Poland and channel partners to support business plans and partner development activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably within automation, drives, or a related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of the Polish market and ideally experience working with a partner network in Poland
• Enjoyment of working with people, ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, and a can‑do mentality
• Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license, company car will be provided)
