Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with advanced selling experience.
• Solid product, retail and industry understanding.
• Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills (market needs).

Responsibilities

• Aware of store targets and works to meet or exceed them using all available resources.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management.
• Role model for customer service and drives sales using adidas customer service model.
• Trains selected team members to refine their service skills.
• Uses category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in the category.
• Maintains an appealing, easy-to-shop environment with visual merchandising standards.
• Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash procedures.
• Minimizes loss by maintaining floor awareness while serving customers.
• Collaborates with team to meet or exceed store goals.
