Job summary

Adidas Poland is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to inspire customer loyalty, serve shoppers, and diligently run day-to-day store operations.

You will apply seasonal brand knowledge, communicate product benefits, maintain visual merchandising, handle deliveries, process transactions, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 months experience in sports/fashion retail with a customer focus.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and use all resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use seasonal Brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the full product offer on the sales floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Complete training programs and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.
