Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter with German role based in Kraków. The Senior Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings with hiring managers, drafting and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews in both English and German. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, using recruitment tools and platforms, and providing insights on market trends and candidate availability. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles, advise on selection decisions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, sharing best practices and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using modern recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and applying data to optimize hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and communicate clearly with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in building and nurturing talent pipelines, networking, and maintaining long-term candidate relationships.
• Capability to analyze Talent Acquisition processes, identify improvements, and support implementation of more efficient and scalable recruitment practices.
• Relevant experience in agency or in-house recruiting, preferably in fast-paced or international environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Warsaw and collaborating in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, and commitment to a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring approach.
