Job summary

HRK S.A is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist, expert, and managerial roles within an international organization expanding in Poland. You will actively source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and support HR process optimization and tool implementations.

The role involves driving engagement in new processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Proven experience in active candidate sourcing.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment business partner.
• Interest in HR processes and implementing new tools and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Very good command of both Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, expert and managerial roles.
• Actively source candidates using diverse channels.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Participate in HR process optimization projects and tool implementations.
• Contribute to change management initiatives to drive engagement with new processes.
• Monitor recruitment process effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Co-create solutions supporting organizational growth in Poland.
• Share knowledge with the team to develop capabilities.
