Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter for Accounting & Finance roles in Krakow, onsite. Requires 5+ years of recruitment experience and fluency in Polish and English.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source top talent, assess candidates, and drive successful closures across Poland. The role involves building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and tracking hiring metrics to meet SSC/GBS or Corporate Finance hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in Accounting & Finance hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience hiring for SSC, GBS, BPO, Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Polish talent market is preferred.
