Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in Poland.
• Knowledge of Polish Labour Code and local regulations.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Experience standalone HR capacity or acting as sole HR representative.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour regulations and prepare employment documents.
• Coordinate probation reviews, contracts, and HR records.
• Handle employee relations, performance guidance, and advisory support for managers.
• Lead talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles and coordinate offers.
