Job summary

AMS Kraków is seeking a talented recruiter who speaks fluent German to partner with the DACH market. You will collaborate with recruiters to deliver candidate shortlists and develop innovative sourcing strategies across multiple searches.

You will use Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing to engage passive talent, manage stakeholders, and contribute to measurable hiring outcomes. A hybrid work model and inclusive culture support your growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and expertise of the DACH market.
• Experience in sourcing, headhunting, or candidate attraction.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Apply market knowledge to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls.
• Use Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, company websites and other sourcing tools to identify and engage diverse talent.
• Deliver high-quality, well-engaged candidate shortlists with accurate information to support decisions.
• Provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
