Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter that can lead end-to-end recruitment processes across European markets for a variety of roles. You will build diverse candidate pipelines, partner with Hiring Managers, and ensure high-quality shortlists delivered on time.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and fluency in English, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a global talent solutions organization.

Qualifications

As a Senior Recruiter, you will support Hiring Managers in filling open positions by providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services while ensuring alignment with established service agreements and recruitment best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply yourrecruitment expertise to lead and manage end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Use yoursourcing and talent attraction skills to proactively identify candidates through multiple channels and build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
• Collaborate withHiring Managers and stakeholders to support workforce planning, define role requirements, and deliver high quality shortlists in a timely manner.
• Contribute tosuccessful hiring outcomes by leveraging your stakeholder management and communication skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Drive improvements inrecruitment processes and delivery through your strengths in market mapping, process optimisation, and managing client expectations.
• Supportdata driven recruitment delivery by maintaining accurate systems, producing management information, and delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability inmanaging end to end recruitment processes across European markets and partnering directly with Hiring Managers.
• Strength instakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and maintain a strong customer focused approach.
• Familiarity withrecruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems, or strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in afast paced, collaborative, and results driven environment.
• Strength incommunication, relationship building, and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
• Ability tosource and engage candidates effectively, building strong talent pipelines across relevant markets.
• Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken.
